not so bad these days mum, dads doing ok hes 86 and still quite active altho hes low in confidence since his ileostomy but apart from that hes getting well looked after by j and me, j mostly these days shes a good one as you know xxx

really missing you this year mam, its been the worst of my life and i have never needed you as much as i do right now, i have a feeling you are some part of our lives and i know if you could do anything to ease this pain you would, love you so much and miss you more than ever xxx
